Job Title: Theatre Practice Educator

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practice Educator to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and education to staff in the operating department, promoting the acquisition of new skills and knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical expertise and education to staff in the operating department
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for staff
  • Assess and develop the skills and competencies of staff
  • Contribute to the planning and development of clinical practice policies and procedures
  • Lead and contribute to the implementation of new policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Registered nurse or ODP with experience in theatre practice
  • Mentorship qualification
  • Theatre qualifications in two specialties
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
