About the Role

Le Labo is seeking a skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and creating personalized fragrance experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide authentic and inspirational customer service, using your passion for fine fragrances to create unique in-store experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of visual merchandising and create impact with in-store events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our fine fragrances and be able to recommend personalized scents to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • An approachable and friendly attitude, with a 'can-do' approach to customer service.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours, with a focus on achieving a good work-life balance.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
