About the Role

Cure Talent is partnering with a leading medical device company to fill a Mechanical Engineer position. The company specializes in drug delivery medical device solutions and is experiencing growth, creating an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, electronics, and software engineers, to integrate visual and functional aspects of products and create world-class design solutions.
  • Work on fascinating design and development projects with global impact, often seeing projects through from the initial exploratory phase to launch.
  • Participate in the design of mechanisms, create mathematical models, and build and test prototypes in state-of-the-art workshops and labs.
Requirements
  • A first-class or 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Experience working in a product design or development environment, applying Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and computational techniques to deliver product solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience in low-volume rapid prototyping technologies and high-volume processes such as injection moulding.
