Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Network Infrastructure team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Configure and troubleshoot PC and server systems, firewalls, and network protocols.
  • Perform daily system checks, including backup monitoring and reporting.
  • Deliver proactive and reactive technical support to meet client demands and service level agreements.
  • Maintain and update internal client documentation and logging time and activities.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience working as an IT/Support Engineer in an MSP or ISP environment.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 fundamentals.
  • Remote Desktop Servers and Desktop Support experience.
  • Networking protocols, including TCP/IP.
