Senior Technical Consultant

RELEX Solutions is a leading provider of AI-driven, cloud-based solutions for retailers and brands. In today's fast-paced and complex retail landscape, our platform helps companies move quickly and adapt to changing consumer needs. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team in Milan or Venice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical aspects of implementation projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with customer needs.
  • Design and build integrations between our solutions and customer backend systems, focusing on large data set management and new product areas.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Act as a technical expert, offering advanced support in client engagements and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior Technical Consultants, enhancing the overall technical delivery capability within the team.

Requirements:

  • Background in Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computing Science.
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale implementation projects in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create maintainable and scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming, database, and query languages, as well as experience with designing and building integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-hosted infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and integration of software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Git, along with strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both Italian and English.
