About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Interface Team as an Administrator. As an Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of HR and contribution interface files, working closely with client HR and Payroll Teams to resolve any queries that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily, weekly, and monthly interface files with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist administration teams with basic office administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Review interface files for errors and discrepancies, advising clients of any issues with the data supplied and contributions received.
  • Set up new joiner records and input member-elected fund choices, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Manually input member data onto interface files, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and send out joiner packs, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new members.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and good IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Numerical and accurate, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Enthusiastic approach to getting things done, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
