Job Title: Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client's team at Willing Care. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early years development and a nurturing approach to childcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children
  • Plan and implement activities that promote learning and development
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate daily activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
  • Level 2 or above in Early Years
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting
  • Knowledge of child development and early learning frameworks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
