Conexxia Appian Technical Architect

Conexxia is a leading Australian IT consulting company specializing in agile development, continuous delivery, and DevOps. We are passionate about strategic automation and digital transformation, serving prominent customers across Australia and Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Appian Technical Architect to join our engineering team in Sydney, Australia. As part of our team, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative features and functionality in the BPM space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with architects to promote consistency of the platform, inspire design discipline, and advance the state of Appian's technology.
  • Design and build complex multi-tiered applications.
  • Develop technical roadmaps that align with product roadmaps.
  • Identify and address technical constraints, dependencies, and misalignment to engineering effectiveness.
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback on code quality, design, and implementation.
  • Lead initiatives to improve code refactoring and performance optimizations.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in architecting, designing, building, and delivering software applications at an enterprise level with Appian.
  • Computer Science degree (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent level of experience.
  • Familiarity with orchestration and automation technologies, and operational processes.
  • Understanding of business process modeling and reengineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish robust relationships with peers, business counterparts, and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in Agile projects and processes.
