Security Guard Job Description

At 1Life Management Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, staff, and premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Monitor and respond to potential security threats and incidents.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Conduct regular patrols and maintain a high level of visibility.
  • Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and security-related activities.

Requirements:

  • SIA certification and previous security experience in a hospitality-based environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
