We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Round Peg Solutions. As a key member of our precision engineering team, you will be responsible for improving machining capabilities and working with cutting-edge equipment in a world-class manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing controls for machining processes to ensure high-quality products.
- Design and deliver NC programs, fixtures, and process instructions to meet customer requirements.
- Identify and eliminate potential sources of non-conformance using PFMEA risk mitigation, yield analysis, and process surveillance.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to achieve world-class manufacturing capability.
Required Skills:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- High degree of competence in complex precision manufacturing processes, systems, and inspection processes.
- NC programming (5-axis milling & turning) and CAM systems expertise.
- Experience with driving pFMEA & Control Plan controlled manufacture.
- Tool & fixture design skills.
- Component and process proving (FAIR & PPAP) knowledge.
- Lean knowledge and experience.
