Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to clients, including assistance with personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks.
  • Support clients with complex needs, such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
