Key Responsibilities:

To provide a comprehensive multi-site installation, maintenance, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service for mechanical, electrical, and environmental services across NHS Ayrshire & Arran.

Requirements:

A City & Guilds Craft Certificate/Level 3 Certificate or equivalent in the trade is essential. Experience in building services within a hospital environment, including water and heating systems, and the use of an electronic based CaFM system would be an advantage.

As a Plumber Technician, you will be part of a team reporting directly to the Building Supervisor, responsible for delivering engineering services within a hospital environment and across community premises.

Working Hours:

37 hours per week, with a shift pattern of 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 1.00pm Friday.

On-Call Rota:

You will be required to participate in an on-call rota and be able to work at other hospitals within Ayrshire to meet the demands of the service.

Driving Licence/Car Ownership:

A car licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
