Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to become part of our client's growing team. This position is suitable for Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitors or those with a few years of post-qualification experience. The successful applicant will handle a diverse range of residential property cases, from straightforward transactions to more intricate dealings.

Key Duties:

  • Overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential property cases, including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, and equity transfers.
  • Delivering high-quality legal counsel and assistance to clients, ensuring their requirements are addressed effectively and professionally.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties.
  • Participating in the firm's business development initiatives, including networking and client engagement activities.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Solicitor or equivalent (Chartered Legal Executive Licensed Conveyancer) in England and Wales, specializing in residential property law.

  • Proficient in managing a varied caseload with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proactive attitude, with a commitment to contributing to the firm's growth and success.
