About the Role

In light of the growth and enhancement of the firm's Healthcare Regulatory Team, we are looking to recruit a seasoned Solicitor to collaborate with our existing team on a variety of regulatory cases, including inquests, Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty, and Information Law matters.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Healthcare Regulatory law and have experience in advocacy.

With a consistent influx of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution, we seek a driven, technically proficient lawyer with aspirations to cultivate relationships and deliver an exceptional standard of service to our clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
  • Experience in Healthcare Regulatory matters
  • Prior advocacy experience is essential
  • Ability to manage a caseload ranging from straightforward to complex issues
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Pragmatic and methodical approach to diverse cases
  • Ability to adopt a commercial perspective on legal matters
  • Highly client-focused attitude
