Mobile Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out general visual site inspections across plant rooms and communal spaces, as well as performing a range of maintenance tasks including painting and decorating, tiling, carpentry, basic plumbing, drainage and flushing, and changing light bulbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and report on any maintenance issues
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as painting and decorating, tiling, and carpentry
- Perform basic plumbing and drainage tasks
- Change light bulbs and repair building fixtures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in building services and a strong understanding of maintenance and repair techniques. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
