Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Weisiger Group is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining EHS programs, driving injury and vehicular incident reduction, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks
  • Investigate and analyze safety incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand EHS policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with operations, fleet, and human resources teams to ensure EHS programs are integrated into daily operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or related field and a minimum of 7 years of industry experience practicing occupational safety and health management
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or OSHA Certified Instructor certification preferred
  • Advanced project management, change management, and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% - 40% to regional branch locations and be able to travel on short notice based on business needs
