Job Overview

If so, we present a remarkable opportunity for you to begin your journey as an Apprentice Parts Consultant within a reputable main dealership.

Role Responsibilities

As an Apprentice Parts Consultant, you will engage in a thorough training program that combines practical experience with structured education.

You will collaborate closely with seasoned Parts Consultants, acquiring in-depth knowledge of parts operations, inventory control, customer relations, and technical expertise.

This position will equip you with a robust foundation to thrive in the automotive industry and set you on the path to a fulfilling career as a Parts Consultant.

Key Duties:
  • Learn to identify and source automotive components based on customer requests and vehicle specifications.
  • Work in conjunction with service and repair teams to ensure prompt and precise part orders.
  • Build technical knowledge regarding automotive parts and their functionalities.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in the automotive trade.
  • Strong customer service abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range: £20,000 - £25,000
Working Hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday – 40 hours
