About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to a female client with complex needs, including learning disabilities, duplication deletion chromosome 2, scoliosis, epilepsy, and autism. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing moving and handling, personal care, and medication support
  • Assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
