Job Summary:
JMF Associates is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Accountant to join our team for a 12-month contract. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cashbook accounting and main revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including cashbook accounting and revenue streams.
- Perform detailed bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Allocate cash on a daily basis and resolve sales ledger queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze income and expenditure, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts for smaller entities and provide financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- First-rate communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems and software.
- ACCA or CIMA qualification or equivalent, or exceptional AAT skills.
