About the Role

We are seeking two friendly and helpful individuals to join our team as Retail Area Collectors. As a key member of our charity retail team, you will play a vital role in collecting and delivering goods to private houses, assessing donated items for quality, and assisting in our shop when not required to drive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and deliver goods to private houses, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Assess donated goods for quality and suitability for sale
  • Assist in the shop when not required to drive, providing excellent customer service and supporting sales team members
  • Participate in manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving goods
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • A full and current driving license
