About the Role

Forkway Group is seeking a skilled Forklift Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our materials handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial, agricultural, and warehousing trucks and ancillary equipment to maximize profitability and return.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining and repairing materials handling equipment to the highest standard, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including servicing sheets, breakdown reports, accident reports, and timesheets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and participate in site surveys and meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Engineer.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical and IC truck wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to strip and reassemble hydraulic valve banks, cylinders, and gear pumps.
