About the Role

This is a Full Time HR Assistant position based in a large supply chain organisation. The role involves working 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and preparing HR-related documentation, such as letters and case packs
  • Administering HR-related documentation, including invite letters, maternity/paternity letters, and maintaining HR filing systems
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Scheduling meetings and answering queries
  • Maintaining and updating trackers
  • Providing general HR advice to support Management Teams
  • Producing Weekly and monthly reports
  • Supporting the Managers and People Team with Employee Relations (ER) issues, including low-level complexity absence, disciplinary, and grievance issues
  • Supporting the HR Manager/HR Advisor with employee training needs
  • Completing the on-boarding process of new employees, including the induction process
Requirements
  • Experience working in a HR environment
  • Experience as an Administrator
  • Good communication skills
  • Desire to work in a HR team
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume work
  • Ability to commute to the office 4 times per week
