Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for human resources? We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at SF Recruitment (Nottingham).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to HR general queries and hold a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Support across the entire employee life cycle, including creating and maintaining employee files, learning and development, and system updates
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and induction processes
  • Work closely with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Support recruitment efforts, including drafting adverts, communicating with candidates and agencies, and setting up interviews
  • Manage benefits and ensure benefit providers are informed of starters and leavers
  • Provide system support, maintenance, and data updates

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recent CIPD Level 3 certification or equivalent experience in HR administration to gain their career in a dynamic business.
