Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support to HR general queries and hold a wide range of administrative tasks
- Support across the entire employee life cycle, including creating and maintaining employee files, learning and development, and system updates
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and induction processes
- Work closely with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Support recruitment efforts, including drafting adverts, communicating with candidates and agencies, and setting up interviews
- Manage benefits and ensure benefit providers are informed of starters and leavers
- Provide system support, maintenance, and data updates
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recent CIPD Level 3 certification or equivalent experience in HR administration to gain their career in a dynamic business.
