About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Microtricity department as a Renewable Energy Advisor. This is a varied position that will involve working with a wide range of customers, from domestic installations to large-scale corporate projects.

As a Renewable Energy Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on renewable energy solutions and technologies
  • Work closely with customers to understand their energy needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that customers receive the latest and most effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
