Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to join our team at Burns Sheehan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our CRM, SEO, and PPC teams to drive funnel performance, session growth, and engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4 direct reports to improve funnel performance, session growth, and engagement metrics
  • Develop and implement segmentation-driven CRM strategies to deliver personalized user communications
  • Manage PPC campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
