Due to ongoing growth and a strategic focus on future development, the partners are seeking to enhance their team with a skilled Corporate Tax Specialist.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across various aspects of corporate taxation, including Enterprise Investment Schemes (EIS) and Research & Development (R&D) tax credits. Additionally, you will have the chance to lead on corporate finance projects, engaging in high-profile business transactions with some of the most recognized brands globally.

As a Corporate Tax Specialist, you will be joining at a pivotal moment in the firm’s evolution, with the potential to shape your career within this successful organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tax advisory services, including EIS and share schemes.
  • Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and tax due diligence.
  • Preparing claims for R&D tax relief.
  • Drafting corporation tax computations and returns for complex companies and groups.
  • Overseeing and reviewing basic corporation tax compliance to ensure timely submissions.
  • Supervising junior team members.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA or equivalent experience with a background in corporate tax or mixed tax.
  • Experience in tax advisory and planning within an accounting firm or tax boutique.
  • A career history that spans various firm sizes, from small independents to top-tier firms, with aspirations for career development and progression.
