Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endoscopy Clinical Educator to join our team at Guys and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for working clinically with staff to assist them in gaining their required competencies, as well as providing training and coaching to ensure a competent workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work clinically with staff to assist them in gaining their required competencies
  • Provide training and coaching to ensure a competent workforce
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all staff competencies
  • Arrange and provide training sessions to improve patient safety and experience
  • Liaise with external companies to arrange bespoke training sessions
