Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Officer to join our Compliance and Estates team at Eastlight Community Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fire safety workstreams, ensuring that fire risk assessments are conducted and remedial actions are specified, monitored, and inspected to ensure quality work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Support multiple fire safety compliance workstreams, including fire risk assessments, remedial actions, and fire protection equipment servicing.
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to requests for information, including updates and maintaining accurate records of services delivered.
  • Support management initiatives and assist in developing processes within the Customer Safety team.
  • Attend contractor performance meetings, challenge non-performance, and support line managers by recording evidence on progress of works on site.
