Job Summary

Litt Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers across the UK, providing them with bespoke solutions to save money, time, and reduce their carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete outbound B2B cold calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the UK.
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients.
  • Provide high levels of internal and external customer care and bring to the attention of your manager any problems that arise on an ongoing basis.
  • Be responsible for and manage a calling strategy industry and geographical.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders alike.
  • Present a supportive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude towards the job, the company, and your colleagues.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with the role.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-driven environment. (Energy Industry experience is preferred).
  • Motivated, resilient, hardworking, driven and relationship-focused with a thick skin.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejections.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Continuous learning mindset and openness to feedback and training.
