About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Real Estate Financing Group, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing bank loan and bond financings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite CRE assets, negotiate loan documents, and structure loans into bonds sold to investors.
  • Assist senior deal team members in providing financing solutions to clients while working closely with the capital markets and securitization teams.
  • Develop strong fundamental credit, modeling, and risk management skills as well as in-depth knowledge in the commercial real estate market.

Requirements
  • Strong academic record with minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline required.
  • 1 - 3 years experience in real estate finance or related jobs within the UK and European Real Estate Markets is essential.
  • Experience of analysing large data sets, underwriting, reviewing legal documents and reports required for real estate asset.
  • Must have experience of building financial models, risk management, tenant analysis.
  • Experience of conducting due-diligence (including property and environmental due-diligence) required.
  • Must be a proficient user of MS Excel.
  • Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities required.
