About MTrec Technical:

We are assisting in the search for a permanent Lubrication Specialist to become a vital part of their team. The ideal candidate will oversee and support minor engineering initiatives at client locations. If you possess a solid engineering background in mechanical, production, or chemical sectors and are seeking your next professional opportunity, we encourage you to consider this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site fluid management and condition assessment services, ensuring all activities are effectively managed.
- Responsible for the application, replacement, and replenishment of lubricants and fluids in machinery and equipment.
- Adhere to a predetermined maintenance schedule.
- Oversee waste management processes to ensure safe disposal of waste materials.
- Utilize the company’s internal IT systems for reporting purposes.
- Engage with clients and participate in meetings as required.
- Comply with established practices and procedures, including 5S methodologies and Health & Safety regulations.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or chemical sectors is preferred.
- Proven track record in coordinating small-scale projects is essential.
- Proficient in IT applications.
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders across various levels.
- Previous roles may include machine operator or team leader.
- Comfortable in generating reports and presenting findings.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
