Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hospitality and Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our supermarket team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling customer transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
