Change Recruitment Services Limited is pleased to be supporting a leading manufacturer of surgical technologies in the recruitment of a remote working 3PL Specialist for their Biosurgery division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the relationship and service provided by the 3rd Party Logistics Partner is running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding daily business issues concerning the 3PL partner.
  • Daily tracking and follow-up of all customer orders, with a particular focus on orders that have not shipped within agreed lead times.
  • Arranging and monitoring shipments to distributors and wholesalers worldwide.
  • Ensuring all required documentation is in place for the 3PL partner, and queries are handled in good time to prevent delay.
  • Handling claims and complaints, and escalating issues when required and appropriate.
  • Supporting the 3PL manager on various projects.
  • Optimizing KPIs and adhering to agreed KPIs.
  • Participating in quarterly business reviews with the 3PL Partner and being willing to travel for in-person meetings.
