Job Overview

WR HVAC | MEP is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead our team of mechanical and electrical estimators. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met and exceeded
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Prepare and review tender documents and proposals to secure new business opportunities
