About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic team at Clancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring compliance with DSR, Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, project team members, and stakeholders.
  • Carry out relevant testing procedures, document results, and provide accurate asset records.
  • Ensure teams are suitably trained and have the necessary materials to leave sites compliant for other trades and the public.
  • Leverage NEC 3 contract experience for effective negotiation and agreement.

Requirements

  • Wide-ranging experience of working in a similar role in the utility/construction/service environment/infrastructure environment with significant involvement of managing people and commercial awareness.
  • Hold an IOSH qualification and recognised qualification such as HNC.
  • Prior experience working with or for DNO's is pivotal to this role, with a background working with SSE being highly desirable.
  • Expertise in handling NEC 3 contracts, Streetworks (NRSWA) Supervisor accreditation, SSSTS/SMSTS, and a civil engineering qualification are essential.
