Join Our Team at Aston Villa Football Club

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Matchday Retail Staff member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our fans on matchday.

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service and sales experience to our fans
  • Operate a kiosk or retail point of sale, handling cash and card transactions
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive matchday experience
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
