Job Title: Senior Corporate Treasury Manager

This role represents the company in relations with the bank dealing and payment staff at the relationship banks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve payment or dealing problems as necessary.
  • Liaise with the treasury management system suppliers.
  • Work with the wider finance team to deliver up-to-date analysis on trading appropriate currency at best rate.
  • Provide analytical support to National Organisations, Programme Countries, and IH Finance.
  • IT on the connectivity of the treasury management system and online banking.
  • Finance on reporting, hedging, general ledger, and payment releasing.
Role Description:
  • Manage and analyse financial activity, reviewing financial transactions, examining cash flow, assessing assets and liabilities, preparing treasury reports, and creating financial forecasts and management strategies.
  • Manage the process for reviewing of funding budget and field country cashflow forecasts, hedging.
  • Manage and update Treasury Policy and operation control points to ensure it is in line with current processes.
  • Assist Operations Management as required.
  • Oversee treasury reports to identify treasury transactions, monitor counterparty exposure, and ensure compliance with board policies.
  • Maintain good dealing relations with the bank counterparties.
  • Identify gaps and develop refinements to treasury procedures to ensure they are up to date and reflect 'best practice'.
Requirements:
  • Proven Risk and Analytical knowledge within Treasury/Banking - min 5 years.
  • Qualification – CertFT/AMCT – or Similar level in Banking Sector.
  • Expert/Advanced Excel skills (Micro, Macro, VBA).
  • SAP knowledge – active user.
  • Power BI knowledge and experience – min 3 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange trades and investment banking.
