The global IT RDD & NPI division is responsible for the comprehensive management of the strategic roadmap, design, implementation, and support of various applications that empower Dyson's global RDD and NPI teams. This role particularly emphasizes early product research and development, as well as software engineering across numerous international sites.

About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Product Owner Team Lead, you will collaborate with global RDD teams to provide technical guidance while adhering to industry best practices within the MCAD domain. This includes managing and prioritizing a backlog of technical requirements for IT platforms and systems, partnering with IT business analysts to craft user stories and establish acceptance criteria.
Our preferred tool for CAD is Siemens NX, and proficiency in this software, along with Teamcenter, is essential. You will work closely with the business to develop and sustain a roadmap for this software and the associated hardware that meets the engineers' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an IT product development roadmap for our MCAD (Siemens NX) capabilities, showcasing technical leadership and adherence to industry standards.
- Serve as a representative for global IT among senior global RDD stakeholders, solution architects, RDD engineers, and various delivery and support teams, ensuring the integrity and maturity of Dyson's systems.
- Collaborate within the RDD & NPI IT Delivery function and with external partners to ensure high-quality technical delivery, complying with established standards and policies.
- Work alongside internal Legal and Procurement teams to maximize business benefits and strive for industry-leading capabilities and application roadmaps.
- Facilitate and enhance Product Management and application delivery through various programs and projects.
- Collaborate with strategic partners and third parties to introduce thought leadership, future trends, and innovative opportunities within the RDD and new product innovation landscape.
- Advance your career at Dyson by creating and managing your professional development plan, utilizing our internal talent development framework to assess your skills and identify growth opportunities.
About You

- Extensive experience with Siemens NX and its integration with Teamcenter.
