Job Title: IT Administrator

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our Programme Management Office (PMO) team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Programme Management System, providing a robust and responsive service for information needs from within the PMO and around the Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop the Programme Management System to ensure it meets the needs of the PMO and the Trust.
  2. Coordinate the Programme Management Office, including line management of two admin apprentices.
  3. Provide support and training to staff on the use of the Programme Management System.
  4. Work closely with the Programme Delivery Team and Programme Solutions Team to ensure effective delivery of programmes and projects.
  5. Occasionally work across both campuses, with some work from home and main on-site base at the City Hospital Campus.
