The Role
We're seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Turtle Bay Restaurants. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails to our guests
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a memorable experience
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
