Job Title: Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced procurement professional to join our team at Taylor Bolam - Procurement Recruitment Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in general services such as FM, corporate services, and will be highly skilled in influencing stakeholders, category strategy, and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to influence procurement decisions
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing to contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong track record in general services
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes
  • Strong category management skills, with experience in FM and corporate services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
