Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at a prestigious building in North London. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the reactive and planned maintenance of the commercial side of the complex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Deal with plumbing and mechanical plumbing works, including AHUs and FCUs maintenance
  • Work collaboratively as part of a large team
  • Occasionally work overtime on Saturdays or Sundays, approximately 15 times a year
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Plumbing & Heating
  • Experience in dealing with clients and excellent customer care skills
  • Strong team working and problem-solving capabilities
