About the Role

The Hyde Group is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Floor Layer to join our dynamic maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to floor laying, with general maintenance in carpentry and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform floor laying tasks, including installation and maintenance of various types of flooring.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks in carpentry and plumbing, ensuring the quality and functionality of our housing units.
• Work efficiently and effectively to address a range of property needs, contributing to the overall well-being of our customers.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high standards of workmanship.

Requirements

• Excellent carpentry and/or plumbing skills, with experience of working with polysafe / vinyl flooring.
• Access to your own tools and a strong work ethic.
• Punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
