PSV Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PSV Supervisor to join our team at Kemp Recruitment Ltd. As a PSV Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective repair of vehicles, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

• Ensure Vehicle Operations are carried out in line with service delivery KPIs.
• Optimise staff utilisation to minimise non-productive time.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork, including job cards and time sheets.
• Verify the accuracy of parts stocked in depots and vans.
• Update the company's job booking system at each stage of vehicle repair.
• Ensure technical documentation is made available to staff.

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
