Associate Building Surveyor

Award-winning Brandon James is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to enhance their team in London.

This opportunity presents a unique chance for a skilled Associate Building Surveyor to contribute to diverse and challenging projects.

Key Benefits

Role and Responsibilities

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will engage in conducting thorough school condition surveys and generating detailed reports to aid in Condition Funding Applications.

The Associate Building Surveyor will demonstrate their adeptness in contract administration, embodying the role of an Employer's Agent under various JCT contract forms.

Person Specification

This role will suit a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor:

  • MRICS qualified
  • RICS accredited degree
  • 3+ years' consultancy background
  • Commercially minded and business development focused
  • Line management experience or skillset
