We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to support our Primary and Secondary Special Educational Needs Schools in or near Staines.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all needs and abilities, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

We are looking for individuals who possess a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a calm nature. You will be happy to use your own initiative and get involved in a variety of tasks, and be able to be flexible with your working hours.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong commitment to supporting children with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours
  • Kind and caring nature towards children of all needs and abilities
