Job Summary:

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team in an inpatient hospital setting. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing consultation and assistance to the lead consultant regarding the therapeutic program on the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and assistance to the lead consultant regarding the therapeutic program on the unit.
  • Engage patients in helpful, therapeutic, and meaningful activities.
  • Manage and coordinate individual treatment plans for occupational therapy and activities.
  • Provide 1:1 OT assessment and treatment.
  • Develop close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues to ensure clinical practice is in line with Priory policies and procedures and complies with statutory regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide excellent oral and written communication and possess exceptional organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least a Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and have HCPC registration.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience. As a Senior/Lead Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work across adult and CAMHS ED inpatient services in a dynamic and supportive environment.
