Position Overview:
As a key member of the Business Systems Delivery team, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's ambitious digital transformation initiatives. This team serves as the essential link between technical implementation and organizational adoption, ensuring that the Manufacturing Systems programs deliver maximum value across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Test Manager to facilitate the testing of manufacturing execution systems, quality assurance systems, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.
- Lead readiness sessions prior to UAT events to prepare stakeholders.
- Engage with various stakeholders to support testing efforts and provide status updates.
- Utilize the client's testing tools to document and validate UAT outcomes.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Test Analyst capacity.
- Background in Manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing.
- Proficient in HPALM and Jira for project management.
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and similar tools.
- Competence in reporting and documentation.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Proficiency in HPALM.
- Experience with Statistical Analysis and Data Flow Testing.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Additional Information:
- This role offers a hybrid working model, primarily based at Castle Bromwich with potential requirements to work at other facilities.
- Initial onboarding will require a minimum of 4 days on-site, with flexibility for remote work thereafter, although on-site presence will be necessary during UAT periods.
- Building trust is essential for maintaining remote work arrangements.
