As a Pharmacy Technician Medicines Optimisation Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medicines management services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and dispense medicines for in-patients and out-patients, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to SOPs.
- Accurately record batch numbers and expiry dates of named patient medications, unlicensed medications, and human blood products.
- Perform final accuracy checks on dispensed items, following completion of the National Accreditation Accredited Checking Technician course.
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to provide comprehensive medicines management services, including patient counseling and discharge coordination.
