Talent Finder Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Negotiation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for negotiating deals and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Negotiate sales and lettings agreements to achieve maximum revenue
• Provide expert advice on property market trends and analysis
• Work closely with the sales and lettings team to achieve sales targets
• Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans

• Proven experience in sales and lettings or a related field
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Full UK driving licence

• Competitive salary with OTE of £28,000-£32,000
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
